Shattered Fragments, the feature film, presents a unique challenge for students and staff of afilm to experience the creation of a feature film, from development to distribution. The knowledge acquired will serve students on their quest to tell their own personal stories about the human condition.

My name is Thorunn and I´m an actress from Iceland. I have been in “the business” for two decades, acting in theatre, film and television. A few years ago I took a step towards moving behind the camera and I absolutely love it!
I´m now living the dream, writing a full feature script that will go into production in the spring, along with my great Afilm team mates, under the supervision of the outstanding Afilm tutors.

Hi there,
My name is Brahim and I am from Morocco.
From day one, I have got into the tv and film industry to make my own films because I could not imagine myself doing something else.
I started as an editor with a plan in my mind : spend 2 years editing, learn as much as possible and then start working on my own projects.
My plan hit a “sweet” snag; I got fond of editing and the whole postproduction process and the 2 years I planned turned out to be more than 15 years now, during which i worked as editor, senior editor, head of postproduction departement on wide array of productions icluding : feature films, Tv Series, Sitcoms, tv programs etc..
And, because my passion of directing has brewed long enough over all these years of practice – or so i thought- I decided to join an Amazing team at Afilm to make a feature film this year in the beautiful Sitges. READ FULL ARTICLE
Hi, greetings from the cold, snowy north! I’m Sara from Norway. I started my career as a child actress very early and kept doing that through out my whole childhood. But after numerous discussions with directors on how I personally wanted it to be done (to their big frustration…) I decided to put that part of my life in the past and rather be behind the camera.
