EDITING MASTER CLASS with Yvonne Valdez PANDORUM -the trailer
afilm presents an EDITING MASTER CLASS with Los Angeles-based Editor Yvonne Valdez. This one day Workshop is designed to give students an over-view of the Art of Editing, with an emphasis on major US studio and independent films. Yvonne has worked with some of the world’s most influential Directors and Producers, including Oliver Stone, Brett Ratner, Robert Redford and Jerry Bruckheimer.
The Workshop is designed for, but not limited to, film students and editors, the postproduction department in general, independent directors and producers, a well as television and advertising crew members who wish to gain knowledge into the world of cinema.
The Workshop will consist of lectures and demonstrations on the world of Editing, and will include viewing scenes and trailers on which Yvonne has worked on, including On Any Given Sunday (Dir. Oliver Stone), X-Men- The Last Stand (Dir. Brett Ratner), and Pandorum (Dir. Christian Alvart).
